Each plan in our upcoming collection will be thoughtfully designed with the same standards we bring to every project, giving you a beautiful, code-compliant starting point for your tiny home or ADU.

Our upcoming plan collection will feature a range of tiny home and ADU layouts, designed with the same care and attention to detail we bring to every custom project — just ready sooner, and at a lower cost than starting from scratch.
When?
We're aiming to launch this collection later this year. Check back on this page for updates, or reach out and we'll let you know as soon as plans are available. We'll also be launching a newsletter around the same time, so you'll be able to sign up for updates directly, rather than checking back manually.
Who Are These Plans For?
Tiny homes and ADUs serve a wide range of needs, and we're designing this collection with that in mind. A tiny home might be the start of off-grid living on a piece of land, a private space for an aging parent who wants to stay close to family, or a first taste of independence for a teenager ready for their own space—right in the backyard. An ADU can serve just as many purposes: a dedicated home office, a workshop, guest quarters for visiting family, or additional living space that adds long-term value to your property.
