Our team leader visits your residence for a free, no-obligation consultation—walking the home and providing a verbal estimate. If you'd like to move forward, we'll complete your measurement the same visit, using a laser measure, hand-drawn sketches, and photos to capture every detail of the layout.

We outline the scope of work, provide a quote, and finalize the payment schedule together before moving forward.

Your home is drafted into a computerized design program, where we finalize layout modifications, calculations, and specifications—preparing a complete plan set ready for permit submittal.

Permit Review & Approval

4-6 Weeks
Your plan set is submitted to the city for review. If corrections are requested, we handle them promptly and resubmit. Once approved, your plans are ready to hand off to your construction team.
Typical total timeline: 6–10 weeks
Homeowners are responsible for any city permitting fees, paid directly to the city.
