Zepol provides residential design and permitting services, including in-home consultations, measurements, drafting, and permit submittal on your behalf. While we're licensed as a general contractor, our current services are limited to design and permitting — not construction.
No Guarantee of Permit Approval
We do everything in our power to prepare accurate, code-compliant plans, but final approval of any permit is at the sole discretion of the relevant city or county. We cannot guarantee approval timelines or outcomes, as these are outside our control.

Quotes & Estimates
Verbal estimates provided during consultations are non-binding and subject to change based on the findings of your in-home measurement. Formal proposals are provided in writing following your measurement.
Payment Terms
Projects require a deposit to begin, with the remaining balance due upon permit approval, as outlined in your individual project proposal. Full payment terms and cancellation policies are detailed in your signed agreement with us.
Limitation of Liability
Zepol Home Solutions, LLC is not liable for delays, damages, or losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to city review timelines, permitting decisions, or site conditions discovered after our initial visit.
