Zepol Home Solutions was born out of a leap of faith — the kind that happens when you're expecting your second child and realize it's time to build something of your own.

Founded in 2023 by husband-and-wife team Francisco and Nicoletta, Zepol is a true 50/50 partnership, built on complementary strengths and a shared goal: to do meaningful work while still being present for their growing family.

Francisco spent nine years with a respected, family-owned design firm before deciding to strike out on his own. Today, he brings that experience directly to every project — handling site measurements, engineering calculations, and design plans with the same hands-on care he'd bring to his own home. Building and engineering aren't just his job; they're a genuine passion.

Nicoletta brings a different, equally essential set of skills to the table. With nearly 15 years in retail and spa management — including a decade as a corporate trainer opening new locations across the country — she now applies that same operational precision to running Zepol, overseeing permit submittals, administration, bookkeeping, and marketing.

Together, they're fully licensed, bonded, and insured as a general contractor. While Zepol's current focus is on design plans and permitting, that broader licensing lays the groundwork for what's ahead — from full design and permitting today, to seeing homes built from the ground up under the Zepol name in the years to come.
